Overnight Campervan Parking Space Bookings T&Cs

1. Parking Fee

  • Overnight campervan parking is £10 per van, per night.

  • This fee is for parking space only and does not include access to: toilets, showers, electricity, water, waste disposal facilities

2. Length of Stay

  • Maximum stay: 3 consecutive nights.

  • Check-in: Before 9:00pm.

  • Check-out: No later than 11:00am on day of departure.

3. Parking Rules

  • Campervans must be parked in marked car parking bays only.

  • Please follow in instructions provided by staff.

  • Parking is subject to availability.

4. Behaviour & Fair Use Policy

  • To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and local residents:

  • Quiet hours apply from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

  • Please respect our neighbours - no loud music, outdoor socialising, or other disturbance after 10:00pm.

  • Generators are not permitted at any time.

  • Engines should not be left running unnecessarily.

  • Anti-social or disruptive behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the site without refund.

5. Use of Space

  • Overnight parking is for self-contained campervans and motorhomes only.

  • Opening or extending awnings, canopies, or similar structures is not permitted.

  • Tables, chairs, outdoor furniture, or similar items must not be set up outside vehicles.

  • Picnicking within the parking area is not permitted.

  • Camping or sleeping outside of the vehicle is not permitted.

  • Personal belongings, including laundry and equipment, must be kept inside the vehicle at all times.

6. Waste & Environmental Care

  • No rubbish, grey water, or chemical waste may be disposed of on site.

  • All waste must be taken away and disposed of at appropriate facilities.

  • Please leave the parking area clean and tidy.

7. Fires & Cooking

  • No open fires are permitted.

  • Disposable barbecues or fire pits are not allowed

8. Pets

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome but must be kept under control at all times.

  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.

9. Damage, Liability & Charges

  • Parking is at the vehicle owner’s own risk.

  • Kirk O’The Lochs accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property.

  • Any damage caused to the site, buildings, grounds, or infrastructure must be paid for.

  • Only in the event of damage, we reserve the right to charge the card used for booking/payment to cover reasonable repair or reinstatement costs.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or failure to arrive, will not be refunded.

  • No refunds are given for early departure or unused nights.

11. Management Rights

  • Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel overnight parking.

  • Guests may be asked to leave if these terms are not adhered to.

  • No refunds will be given where a breach of these terms occurs.

12. Restaurant Information

  • Our restaurant is open 7 days a week from April to October.

  • You are warmly welcome to dine with us during your stay; however, there is no obligation to do so.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or parking overnight at Kirk O’The Lochs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
